Every year, more guests discover Dunez men only. For the upcoming season, we are looking for some extra hands.
Independent Chef / All-Round Employee (16–40 hours)
Dunez is a small-scale resort with a campsite, cabanas, guestrooms, wellness facilities, and hospitality services. What sets Dunez apart from other resorts is its focus on the “men only” concept. After 8 successful seasons, it has become a proven concept and, for many returning guests, the ultimate place to relax in the wellness, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and end the day with a delicious dinner in the restaurant followed by a cozy evening in the bar.
To expand our small team (2 new owners), we are looking for an enthusiastic, spontaneous, and independent chef / all-round employee (16–40 hours per week).
What will you do?
- Prepare and serve lunch, dinner, and snacks
- Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are clean and organized
- During quieter periods, assist with other tasks typical of a small-scale resort, such as service, cleaning, and general maintenance

Who are we looking for?
Someone who loves cooking and knows how to surprise guests. Are you a true all-rounder and open to tasks beyond the kitchen? Then we’re a great match. Experience in the kitchen is important, but attitude and hospitality matter even more. And a good sense of humor is always a plus.
What do we offer?

Depending on your experience and personality, your salary may be above the hospitality industry collective agreement (CAO Horeca). Of course, we also offer holiday pay, pension, travel allowance, and a share of tips.
You will work in a pleasant and informal environment within the small Dunez team, led by two new, energetic owners. There is plenty of freedom to shape your role and responsibilities, including input on the menu. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
